Market sell out. I can never make enough of this bad boy whenever im doing a market or pop up stall.
 
The base is packed with organic wholegrain oats, coconut threads, spray free local flour, golden syrup, corganic cane sugar and chunks of crystalised ginger. The top layer is packed with ground ginger and plenty of butter. Topped with more crystalised ginger and pistachio nuts.
 
Keeps well in the fridge, but lets be honest - it wont last long!
