Ginger Pistachio Slice

A twist on a classic.  chewy oaty base topped with a rich, caramel like, ginger icing topped with ginger and pistachios. We use only organic oats, coconut, flour and sugars, and NZ butter. 

This was a weekly sell out at the ChCh Farmers Market, I could not make enough of this stuff. 

A little goes a long way. Keeps well in the fridge but let’s be honest, it won’t last long.

Ingredients: ground ginger, crystalized ginger, spray free flour, organic cane sugar, golden syrup, organic oats, coconut, pistachio nuts, organic icing sugar, butter, aluminum free baking powder
