This is our flour blend - It’s the backbone of all of our gluten free baking. It’s a well-balanced blend that makes Gluten-Free baking taste like ‘normal’. 

CONTAINS: ALL ORGANIC - brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca flour & a small amount of guar gum. Can substitute any recipe cup for cup.
